Our Mission
Charger Services takes pride in delivering high-quality oilfield and civil construction solutions. Founded as a dirt construction contractor, we have built a reputation for efficiency and a commitment to our clients’ best interests. Today, we are a trusted partner for services that include surface drilling, pipeline construction, asphalt paving, conductor drilling, and liner installation. Serving Midland, Odessa, and the greater West Texas and Southeast New Mexico region, Charger continues to grow by adding new divisions and providing turnkey solutions that save operators valuable time and resources. We have expanded to the Haynesville and Eagleford Shale as well as the Bakken, Niobrara shales.

OILFIELD AND CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Charger Services specializes in oilfield and civil construction. Our work includes building drilling locations, lease roads, frac ponds, facility pads, commercial site work and industrial facilities. We deliver these projects utilizing a full range of construction services.
DRILLING AND CONDUCTOR
Charger Services has been operating in the Permian Basin since its founding in 2012. Our work in civil and oilfield construction opened the doors for growth in West Texas, and by 2014 we expanded into surface rig drilling and rathole conductor services. We take pride in utilizing Schramm drilling rigs that are mobile, dependable, and cost efficient. Today, our fleet includes three active rigs with a fourth available on standby.
PIPELINE
In 2017, Charger Services expanded to include a dedicated pipeline division in response to the needs of our clients. We provide both poly and steel pipeline fabrication and installation, serving operators across the Midland and Delaware Basins as well as the Haynesville and Eagleford Shale plays. Built on our foundation of lean, efficient operations, we bring a fresh approach to pipeline construction by eliminating the wasted time and resources often seen on traditional jobs. Our team is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective pipeline solutions that keep projects on schedule and on budget.
